Mobile Computing
The SoMo™ 650 handheld computer is the first handheld computer that has been built expressly for the needs of the business mobility market. Data Collection
Socket Mobile offers a comprehensive line of plug-in and cordless data collection products to meet
a wide range of application requirements. We make mobile scanning convenient and simple. Socket Mobile
bar code scanning products include CompactFlash, Secure Digital and Cordless Hand Scanners that
integrate Bluetooth wireless technology with data collection. Technologies include CMOS, Laser
(Class 1 and Class 2), Bluetooth, 2D scanning, Magnetic Stripe Readers and RFID to cover a variety
of data collection requirements. All Socket Mobile data collection products are supported by a universal
SocketScan keyboard wedge application and a Software Development Kit (SDK).
