To get OEM Level technical support assistance you must:


1) First apply for a OEM Account. Your request will be processed within 1 business day. Once your account is approved, you will be able to enter the Distributor Support Portal.


2) Login and select “Submit a Technical Question”.


3) Select “Create a New Ticket” follow the online process to open a trouble ticket.


You will get a response from a Technical Support Specialist typically within a few hours, but during very busy times (and over weekends) please allow up to 1 business day for a response.
