To get technical support assistance you must:


1) First register your product at Product Registration. As part of the Product registration process you will create a login and password. Your login will be your email address.


2) Login and select “Submit a Technical Question”.


3) Select “Create a New Ticket” follow the online process to open a trouble ticket.


You will get a response from a Technical Support Specialist typically within a few hours, but during very busy times (and over weekends) please allow up to 1 or 2 business days for a response.

First level: Access Socket On-Line Support (SOS) at any time. This virtual technical support assistant can help you with your product support questions or FAQs. SOS responds immediately to your inquiry, and no product registration is needed to use the system.

Second level: Personal assistance from a Socket Mobile technical support representative. If you have already submitted a Support Ticket and are interested in getting a status of that ticket, or if you have previously registered the product, please login below.
