Enable Auto-Scanning with Charging Stand and Charging Dock

Designed for practicality, the Charging Stand and Charging Dock provides a stationary means of charging Socket Mobile’s barcode scanners or nearfield reader/writers. While charging, the Socket Mobile scanner or reader remains fully functional. The device scans barcodes or reads RFID tags while the stand or dock keep it fixed in place as customers wave barcodes or tags beneath it.

Blinking red lights usually warn of trouble, shutdown, stop. When Socket Mobile scanners or reader/writers blink red, it’s a warning that the battery level is low. But, with a charging stand or charging dock, red no longer means stop. By simply setting your Socket Mobile device in its Charging Stand or Charging Dock, you can both replenish the device’s battery and maintain its functionality. Set to Auto-Scan mode, the scanner can read any barcode that you or a customer swipe beneath its beam. Perfect for retail check-out counters, self-service stations, access control and more. Options available for all Socket Mobile devices.
