The Challenge:
Jake’s Fireworks needed an easy-to-use, low-cost scanning device to deploy their custom POS solution (“Fuse POS”) to use in temporary stores during the 4th of July holiday season. Pangea Pod Hotel

The Challenge:
We wanted to allow guests to purchase food and drink at our hotel using their room key. Our room keys are sleek Pangea-themed RFID chips on adjustable wristbands. We knew that finding a product that could retrieve the RFID data from these devices would be difficult, but protecting ourselves and our customers from fraud and over or under-charging was an absolute priority; we certainly didn’t want a situation where a guest could be charged for someone else’s bill, as can happen in most hotels where the only verification required is a room number.

The Challenge:
Plantation uses Square for their merchandising needs. When Calvin was offered to expand into the Myer department stores, their kiosks were asked to use the conventional POS system that was standard concessions in Myer and integrated with the Myer 1 loyalty card. As a tech-savvy individual, Calvin had no intention of using the clunky POS system that was being offered. But, if the Myer 1 card couldn’t be used, there was no deal.

RollMore Using ShipHero

The Challenge:
Accuracy of inventory - Karate Depot sells many SKUs, with many SKU variations which could easily lead to the wrong products being picked or put into bin locations. Typically, when the warehouse team is dealing with higher order volume (we ship on average a thousand orders per day), they tend to make more errors when reading labels or visually referencing products. Inventory would often be incorrect, with wrong SKUs being put into incorrect locations, leading to more errors when fulfilling orders.
