You may not have had an opportunity to fully use your new data reader, so please feel free to return in a week or more to register. We'd much prefer to get your accurate, honest feedback – good or bad! In the meantime, if you need technical assistance, please contact the support team.
Your feedback is valuable as it helps us better understand our customer’s needs and improve our products. This voluntary registration process includes a total of 10 questions and takes approximately one minute to complete.
Please note: The 90-day warranty extension is not available for refurbished devices, nor does it reactivate a warranty that has expired.
SocketCare warranty coverage plans
SocketCare extended warranty coverage plans are individualized to your data reader model and can be purchased within 60 days of reader purchase. After you have completed your order for a new data reader, you will receive an email to complete your SocketCare registration.

- Based on product term. SocketCare extended warranty must be purchased and activated within 60 days of purchasing a product.
- Support inquiries made during regular business hours (7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday) will be responded to within the timeframe noted above. After-hours inquiries will be treated as if received at 7 a.m. the following business day.
- Advanced express shipment requires a security deposit prior to shipment of a replacement unit. See Deposit Terms and Conditions.
- SocketCare services are available in the region where SocketCare is purchased. A pre-paid return shipping label will be provided for Premium Express warranty.
- Service fees based on device and year of claim will apply when making a One-Time Accidental claim. See Terms and Conditions.
