You have an older host device. Older models may struggle to maintain a Bluetooth connection.

Your scanner has not been used in 2 hours. By default, the scanner powers off and disconnects after 2 hours of no activity.

Turn off your host device's Bluetooth then scan the "scanner is always on" barcode below to configure your scanner.

This is a known issue with all OS/applications that perform automatic updates. Bluetooth settings can sometimes get disrupted.
