Dave Holmes

President & Chief Executive Officer

Dave Holmes was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Socket Mobile in 2026. He joined the company in May 2021 as Chief Business Officer, where he led worldwide business development and marketing initiatives. Mr. Holmes brings more than 20 years of experience in the Near-Field Communication (NFC) and mobile payments industry. Prior to joining Socket Mobile, he held leadership positions at NXP and Identive Group. Most recently, he served in UL Solutions' Cybersecurity division, where he was responsible for Global Strategic Accounts and North America Sales.

Leonard L. Ott

Senior VP and Chief Information Officer

Len Ott was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President of Engineering in January 2019. Len is responsible for Socket Mobile's strategic technical direction. He also manages the Company’s internal IT infrastructure. Joining Socket Mobile in March 1994, Len has held increasingly responsible positions at Socket Mobile, initially as Senior Software Engineer and then Director of Software Development. Len has been active in various trade associations and technical groups setting standards for mobile devices, including the Bluetooth Special Interest Group, the CompactFlash Association, and the Secure Digital Association. Before joining Socket Mobile, Len was Vice President of Research and Development with Vision Network Systems. He holds a B.A. degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

Lynn Zhao

Vice President of Finance and Administration, Secretary and Chief Financial Officer

Lynn Zhao was appointed to the position of CFO in May 2019. Lynn has served as the Company's Controller since January 2015 and was appointed as Vice President and Controller in September 2017. She has served as a member of the Company's Executive Leadership team since her appointment as Vice President and Controller. Lynn holds an MBA degree from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Xiamen University in China.

Eric Glaenzer

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Glaenzer has been with the Company since February 2005, initially serving as Director of Software and later as Vice President and Chief Software Architect since January 2019. Prior to these roles, Mr. Glaenzer was the Company's Bluetooth Group Manager from 2003 to 2005. He began his career in 1991 as a Project Leader at SAFRAN, where he was responsible for secure identification systems for the French army. Mr. Glaenzer holds an MBA degree from HEC, Paris, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from EPITA in France.
